This workshop will teach artists such as painters, writers, musicians, and craftspeople business management skills and how to market their services and products.

Instructor: Octavia Kuransky is the founder of bizart, an organization designed to equip artists for success in business. Kuransky will share tips she gained as a small business owner and as former program development Manager for the Central Alabama Women's Business Center in Birmingham. She is currently an instructor of the Emerging Leaders curriculum underwritten by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
